cookies… tomball child and baby photographer

Sooooo… this is going to be a two part sneak peak. There were two different parts to this shoot, so I think I will show them separately! When Mrs. C called and told me that their family had a ranch in Chappell Hill Texas I was pretty excited, I love that town… but when I arrived for the pre session consult, I was blown away by the property and totally fell in love with their precious 7 month old and 3 year old little girls. While I was getting the tour of the property, I kept getting ideas, which means that we wound up with more of a day-in-the-life type shoot. It was a dream! When I saw the kitchen and the massive island, I thought it would be fun to do a “baking” concept to start with… that way the girls would have a fun activity to start with (and I’m not going to lie, I’ve been dying to set up a concept shoot with kiddos baking cookies for the Holidays). Be sure to check out the little handprint on the oven, it might be one of my favorite detail shots from the day! From there, we set up little shoots all over the home as well as in the amazing gardens… we even threw in some ducks and geese at one point for good measure!
