Goldwell Elumen hair colour is a high-performance direct dye that delivers extra vibrant colour results that last as long as oxidative permanent hair colour. The formula is enriched with conditioning ingredients that nourish and protect the hair during colouring for exceptional durability, colour intensity and shine. Unlike traditional permanent hair colour, Goldwell Elumen is free from ammonia, resorcinol and parabens, and is to be used without peroxide for a pleasant and gentle colouring experience. Step 1: Apply Elumen onto dry or towel-dry, clean hair. Remember to always wear gloves when applying Elumen.

Step 2: Process for up to 30 minutes without heat or up to 20 minutes with heat.

Step 3: Rinse with warm water until water is clear.

Step 4: Shampoo with Elumen Shampoo. Use Elumen Lock if needed. Treat with Elumen Conditioner / Leave-in Conditioner or Elumen Mask. Shampoo twice when using Elumen Pure tones. Style as usual.

An Allergy Alert Test should be carried out by the client 48 hours prior to the application of the product, even if the client has had color treatments before. In the case that your client suspects that he/she has an allergy, the test should be done by a doctor or dermatologist. The color product should be applied thinly over a 1 cm x 1 cm patch on the inside of the elbow, using a cotton swab, and left to process for 45 minutes. Afterwards, the product should be removed thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do not continue with the application of the product if any reaction occurs either during the test period or within 48 hours after the test. This test is a precaution, but does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.
