Lomé Paris is a unique permanent hair colour range. The Lomé Paris Bleaching Powder lightens up to 7 levels for reliably clear, cool results. It leaves the hair look luminous with shine. Mixing ratio: full head & foil highlights 1 : 1,5 / ombré & balayage 1 : 1. Mix in a non-metallic bowl with oxycream (10V/3%, 20V/6%, 30V/9% or 40V/12%), depending on the technique and the desired lightening degree. The processing time varies from 10 to 50 min. and has to be controlled according to the desired result (can be reduced by half with heat). Apply mixture to dry hair. Rinse thoroughly. Neutralize the hair with the Lomé Paris Post-Color Shampoo.

Do not use for children. Do not use on very sensitized or relaxed hair. Do not use if hair has been colored with henna, with a gradual haircolor or a product for repigmentation. This product is strictly designed for hair bleaching. It should be dangerous to use it for any other purpose. Do not use to bleach eyelashes or eyebrows. Avoid to spread the powder in the air. Do not inhale or make the client inhale the powder. Wear appropriate gloves and a one-use mask. Proceed to the mixing in a well-aerated room. Use the recommended oxidizers. Avoid the product to get in contact with the eyes. If so, rinse immediately and abundantly. Do not put the hair in front of the face during the processing time. Should you notice intense prickling, spots or a sensation of burning on the scalp or any breathing problem, rinse immediately with tepid water. Before making another bleach, recommend your client to consult a physician. Respect the processing time, then rinse the hair very carefully with tepid water. Keep well closed in a dry, well-aerated place. Keep out of reach of children. Close tightly after use. Do not keep the mix for a future application.
